A  paid comprehensive and rigorous problem-solving workshop that equips entrepreneurs with the tools, frameworks, templates and plans you need for different aspects of your business. Each masterclass focuses on different business functions- from strategy formulation, to product development; human resource strategy to marketing & sales implementation.  Through the workshop, entrepreneurs are guided on how to address the issues they face. The CCM Masterclass gives participants the opportunity to become level 2 members in the CCMonye Network.

A paid personalized and dedicated 5 1-hour sessions where the entrepreneur is given the required guidance to solving a particular business issue. The CCM coaching gives participants the opportunity to become level 3 members in the CCMonye Network.
